Documenting Your Experience
Safe Documentation Methods
If you are experiencing TI-related harassment:
- Document all information securely and privately, but with a digital timestamp.*
- Do not contact law enforcement directly - you may be marked as an EPOW
- Keep records of all interactions and evidence
- Share information only with trusted individuals
* Facebook posts with only me as the audience works fine, just be sure to regularly backup your account. Google Docs/Drive or Microsoft OneDrive works great for this, but it can be monitored (not likely by the suspects, but just in case). If you want something private, log it in pastebin.com as unlisted and keep record of the URLs it gives you.
